Pictures From Today

We had a fun day today. Here are a few pics of me and my partner in crime (a.k.a. Mom).

We went for a walk on the beach with Aunt Diana. Mom & Aunt Diana just wanted to walk and walk. I say, "Stop! Take it easy! Taste some sand!"

Treasures

"What's that?"

"Hello" (Playing phone with a rock--no one was there)

Later that day, when I was REALLY TIRED, Mom decided to get goofey and have a little photo shoot. Whatever.....I was not enthused.

Honk honk honk.

I feel about as excited as I look in this picture.

I'm not enjoying myself!!!

SUN!

The rain took a little break yesterday and gave the sun a chance to peak out--finally! We were ready for some fresh air. Dad came home early from work and we headed down to the beach to chase the seagulls. I made sure to make up for some lost time and got as dirty as possible, as quick as possible--digging in the sand, eating sand, crawling through wet sand and smashing the sea foam in my hands. Mom doesn't mind too much--she says it's good for me (Hoo-ray to that! I love it!).

On our way home, we picked up some plants and I got to try my hand at a little gardening. I love digging in the dirt, moving clumps of soil from one pot to the next, and the wheelbarrow! Have you ever seen one of these things? They're amazing! First I had to inspect all of the moving parts to make sure it was safe for use and then it was time to get down to work--I'd throw everything I could in, then I would take it out, then put it in, then take it out, then put it in, then take it out, then put it in.....

Unfortunately, I didn't get to drive the thing--a little too heavy for me still.

Just A Few Pictures

With all the stormy weather we've been having, Mom and I have been stuck inside most days so, we don't have any new adventures to report on. We're both going a little stir crazy and hope spring comes soon--WE ARE READY!

Here are a few pictures to tide you over until we have something exciting to talk about...

Thanks, Uncle Ryan!

Thanks, Uncle Ryan, for letting me eat my spaghetti all by myself! It's about time someone let me take care of some of this business on my own terms. Don't get me wrong, Mom lets me eat a lot of foods by myself, with only my two trusty hands as tools, but NEVER before have I been able to sink my hands into that warm, squishy spaghetti. Did you know that once you get a little tomato sauce on your hands, EVERYTHING you touch after that turns red too!!! Incredible!

Oh, and DOUBLE THANKS for putting syrup on my pancakes for me this morning, even after Mom told you not to. Awesome.

Keep it up Uncle Ryan. You're workin' your way up my list to #1, for sure. Mom said you were on one of her lists too...but, I think it may have been a different list.....

HAPPY BIRTHDAY FISHER!

Yesterday was my first birthday!!! I'm one year old! Can you believe it?!? I had such a fun birthday too. Mom and I wrestled around all morning (I like to pin her down and the slobber all over her face). Then, we got tired of waiting for the rain to stop and ventured out for a jog around the neighborhood. The rain was really coming down and the wind was blowing a bit but, I was enjoying myself--I talked to Mom all through her run--"Faster Momma, Faster!"

We made some cupcakes and cream cheese frosting (YUM)--I insisted on tasting all of the different colors of frosting while Mom made them. She said they all tasted the same but, I wanted to test each one just to make sure.

Uncle Ryan & Aunt Diana came over for dinner and helped me unwrap my presents. I got some fun toys & clothes, money for my piggy bank and coffee (well, the coffee was for Mom but, coffee makes her happy and a happy Momma means a happy baby!--thanks Auntie Diana!).

Then came the highlight of the day--I got to eat my very own cupcake! Oh man was it good. The more I ate the more excited I got! My head was spinning by the end of it!
YEAH, SUGAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ready to attack!

Mmmmm...frosting.....

Relax people, I didn't eat the whole thing. This is the piece Mom let me have.

Here comes the sugar high....!

BING!

Covered in cupcake!

Sugar coma....

I think we should have cupcakes everyday.

Sand!

I know it's been a while since we've posted new pictures so, here are a few for you to enjoy. These were taken a few days ago while on a walk at the beach with Mom & Dad.

Yum, sand.
